Fellows onboarding · Cohort of 50
Fifty fellows, one year, work you can point at.
The Kotcher Fellowship onboards 50 fellows across People, Ideas, and Places. Seats are claimed on a rolling basis — apply any week and you start with the next cohort group. Every fellow gets a paid stipend, a mentor, a cohort that stays in touch — and a fellow album workspace where the year is documented as it happens.
Step 02 workspace

Onboarding, four steps
01
Claim your seat
Fifty seats, one cohort year. Register below with your city and field so we can pair you with a mentor and a neighborhood project.
02
Build your fellow album
Your album is the visual record of your fellowship year — build days, classrooms, prototypes, peace tables. Sort and caption as you go; it becomes your portfolio review.
03
Meet your mentor
An hour a month with someone who answers the phone. Mentors are matched by field within two weeks of your seat confirmation.
04
Name your work
Every fellow ships one thing of consequence: a study, a program, a build, a classroom model. Write it in plain language and we hold you to it.
